You can ask us to delete the personal data Saclyn holds about you at any time. This includes data you gave us directly (on our site, the waitlist, or through our stylist Margaux) and data we received when you submitted one of our Facebook / Instagram lead ad forms.
How to request deletion
Email team@saclyn.com with the subject “Data deletion request” from the email address (or including the phone number) you used with us, so we can locate your record. If you joined through a Facebook or Instagram lead ad, please mention that so we can find the lead.
What we delete
On a verified request we permanently remove the personal information associated with you — your name, email address, phone number, city, and any style preferences or lead-form answers we hold — from our mailing list and marketing systems. We may retain a minimal record where we are required to by law, and aggregated, anonymized data that no longer identifies you may be kept.
Just want to stop emails?
If you only want to stop hearing from us rather than delete your data, use the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Saclyn email — that removes you from future marketing without a full deletion request.
Timeframe
We confirm and complete deletion requests within 30 days. If we need to verify your identity first, we'll reach out at the address you contacted us from.
